You’ll never need to provide your own cleaning products unless you’d like to. Your cleaning crew will bring everything they need to clean and disinfect your home. If you would like a special product used, specify this when you schedule your cleaning. Anything, in particular, you leave for your cleaning crew can be used upon request, with specific instructions.

If you’d like a list of products used to clean your home, please let us know during your consultation. Everything used is safe and designed to kill bacteria and leave your home looking and smelling great. If you have a specific allergy and/or questions about COVID-19, please feel free to inquire.

To prepare for your cleaning, it can be helpful to pick up things off the floor. This isn’t necessary but it can help speed things along. Other than that, there is no need to clean before your cleaning crew arrives. Let your professionals take care of everything. If you need to relay any special instructions, give your cleaning crew a call beforehand to let them know anything you need.

We would like the owner or manager to be there to greet the team for the first initial cleaning. After that, there is no need to be home when your cleaning crew arrives. Before your cleaning, you can leave entry instructions with a representative. Whether you leave a spare key or have a doorman, just let your cleaning company know how to get in. If you’d like to be home when your crew arrives, this is no problem. You’re welcome to stay in your home while the cleaning crew does their work.

If you have a pet, they are also welcomed to stay in the home. Notify your cleaning representative when you’re booking the services that you have a pet. If your pet is scared or needs extra care, you can designate a safe space for them.

If you are working at home and prefer, we don’t clean your office, that is no problem. The same goes for a room with a sleeping baby or an anxious pet. Let your cleaning crew know which room you would like to leave.

You can schedule a cleaning as often as you’d like. You can schedule a one-time clean or set-up recurring service. Services can take place weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
